Maija Albrecht

Maija Albrecht, neé Saarinen was born in Turku 1967. She lives and works in Porvoo. Maija Saarinen began her art studies with painting. The first contact with metal graphics was a revelation to her. Maija and metal graphics is a combination that produces original and technically masterful graphic art. She is graduated from the  Academy of Fine Arts, Helsinki and has had several solo exhibitions since 1998.

Ama Gallery shows Maija Albrecht's etching/aquatint and drypoint prints from 1996, 1997, 1998 and 2001.
